Monday eve I had a 'bello' cooking homemade traditional mushroom risotto la Italia for me (though I made it a bit untraditional and putted baby tomatoes in it... not so popular within the italians, but anyway!)  My position where on a barstool drinking a glass of nice red with some parmesano on the side, just next to the 'bello' seeing him cooking... perfect!
