I'm a catch! I can do more than cook a good dinner, I can do brunch as well.. I can do poached eggs! First try gave me a perfect poached egg, I had some coaching though from a great chef in my ear... but shh!
STEP ONE. Manage to get the egg white surrounding the yolk...
A FEW STEPS LATER... Serve the poached eggs perfectly with a Bellini.
